Friday 25th October 2024 will be another day marked in the history and printed on the walls of Aireagal Chiaráin GAC!🏆

We as a club would like to thank everyone who contributed in any way to our Senior mens preparation for the Connolly’s of Moy Senior Final.

We would like to start by thanking our opponents Trillick GAC for an incredible game on Friday evening and have no doubt you will be back at the top once again. Given the recent, post game news our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.

We would like to pay a special word of thanks to DJ McGorman, Ronan O’Hanlon and all our stewards who prepared the town for the home coming on Friday evening! Our thanks also to Fr O’Dwyer and the parish for kindly allowing us the use of the hall for the celebrations afterwards.

We would also like to thank Stephen, Peter and all the staff at Canavan’s for their amazing hospitality over the week, from our big breakfast on Sunday last to providing the bar & music for our celebrations and then again hosting the team, partners and supporters on Saturday where they also provided a worthy meal for all involved.

None of this would be possible without the loyal support of all our sponsors and businesses within our club! And with that in mind we are forever grateful to P. Traynor Quality Meats & Sean O’Neill for their very generous support of our senior men and for that we are forever indebted.

To our Senior men and management, we are so proud of every single one of you that wore your Errigal jersey not only on Friday night but all year with pride! The countless hours of training, hard work and determination behind the scenes certainly paid off on Friday night!

Last, but certainly not least, to our supporters and followers, you really got behind our men! The noise, colour and atmosphere you brought on Friday evening really drove our men over the line especially in those last closing minutes!

Our focus now turns to the Ulster club championship series, when we take on St Eunan’s Letterkenny in the first round on Saturday evening at 7:15pm in Healy Park!

Let’s get back out and support the men! 🇺🇦
